David Davidov managing partner, Garitage Park and Sofia Park Villas

David Davidov is the founder and owner of „3D R.Е. Management“, a company for  real estate consultancy and investments. Via „3D R.Е. Management“, David is a Managing Partner in the projects Sofia Park Villas and Garitage Park.
Sofia Park Villas is a high-end managed residential complex offering a new type of housing that builds on the general concept of the southern part of Sofia. The complex consists of 34 family houses of 3 types, surrounded by rich green park areas.
Garitage Park is a major mixed - use development project located on an area of 165 000 m2. The project is planned to be built in phases and when fully completed will include 95 000 m2 office and retail space, 60 000 m2 housing, a school, a park and many amenities.
Prior to „3D R.Е. Management“,  for 10 years David has worked at Colliers International as a Director focused on the development and implementation of some of the largest projects in the field of real estate. These include Business Park Sofia, European Trade Center, Mall of Sofia, The Mall, Grand Mall Varna and others.
David David has a Master's degree from the Sofia University.
