Ivan Velkov member of the managing board, BGFMA

Ivan Velkov holds a BS in Economics from the Beijing Institute of Economics and he holds a MBA from Capital University of Economics and Business, Bejing, China. From 2007 he has been a Member of the Board of National Real Estate Association (NREA) and  from 2009 a Vice President of the board of NREA . Now he is a President of the Board of NREA.
Mr. Velkov has extensive management experience gained in international companies in Asia and Eastern Europe in industries such as transport and logistics, telecommunications and real estates. He has been a consultant and marketing executive at the CB / DTZ, in China and Hong Kong, a strategic HR and General Manager at Colliers International Southeast Europe, Bulgaria, regional Manager at Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) and director of "Raiffeisen Real Estate."
