Todor Kavrakov property manager, Trade Center Europe

Todor Kavrakov has over 9 years of professional experience in Real Estate and in Property Management. He is responsible for renting stores and office spaces in Trade European Center, and he is also responsible  for the hole marketing and advertising politicy of the complex.
Currently he is responsible for renting stores and office spaces in Trade Center Europe, as well as the whole marketing and advertising policy of the complex. Prior to joining Trade Center Europe he held the position of property manager and rental of holiday homes in Green Life Property Development.
Todor Kavrakov has a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Strategic Management and Marketing from Sofia University.
He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as required by the American Institute of Real Estate IREM, based in Chicago.
Todor Kavrakov is a member of the board of FIABCI - Bulgaria.
