Antonia Mavrova is Head of the Real Estate & Construction practice and counsel in the Sofia Office of the international law firm Kinstellar. Antonia has over 15 years of practice with particular focus on structuring real estate investments, setting out innovative vehicles, advising on the development, acquisition, sale and financing of many types of assets. Antonia has extensive experience in negotiating lease agreements for retail, logistics and office projects as well as property management arrangements, local environmental and waste management regulations and real estate litigation.
