Atanas Garov is founder and managing partner of Garitage Investment Management Ltd. The company specializes and has experience in the management of investment projects in the following sectors: real estate, agriculture / food production and education. The company's portfolio includes projects such as residential gated communities, business parks, shopping areas, educational and sports centers.
Sofia Park Villas is a high-class residential complex, developed by Garitage Investment Management. It offers a new type of housing, upgrading the general concept in the southern part of Sofia. In the complex, in the midst of an opulent park, are located 35 houses of 3 types.
Prior to founding Garitage Investment Management, Atanas Garov was managing partner at Colliers International Bulgaria for more than 11 years and has participated in the development of the company in Bulgaria and the Balkans. Before joining Colliers he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group in New York, USA.
Atanas Garov holds a BA in Economics from The Colorado College and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird, AGSIM, USA.
